Possibly my favorite (still alive) guitarist.

Never seen him live, and want to.

Floor tickets at the PNC Center... $870.00US Bummer.

Still have my ticket stub from LedZep ($7.50US). 30yrs ago but..

Piper, get a cheaper seat, you will still be able to hear him just fine!

for $14,999.00 dollars you can order one of these, if any are still available.

Many moons ago, me and a buddy went to a Roger Waters concert and near the end of the show I remarked that the guitarist looked a lot like Eric Clapton.

My buddy looks at me as if I'm the three stupidest people in the world all rolled up into one.

"It is Eric Clapton, you idiot."

"Oh... "

Question everything!

Go see "Slowhand" do his thing. An incredibly gifted musician, no doubt.

Such a sad song......

I saw him in Tampa after the Pilgrim album was released. I'll second what Kramer said... buy a cheaper ticket, and go enjoy yourself!

Speaking of EC, he's got another Crossroads Guitar festival on tap... April in Madison Square Garden, IIRC.

One of Claptons more experimental phases!

Just funnin' with you. Love a lot of his stuff and own 2 Clapton Signature Strats. I have to admit though I nearly wet my self the first time I saw this. Epic!

My brother in law is a Clapton fanatic. He turned 60 last month. At his bithday celebration his wife handed him a birthday card and he said jokingly ..."what no present ?" ...she smiled and said "open it". Inside were tickets to see Clapton at the Royal Albert Hall in May with airfare, hotel and a week in London, plus a week in Italy. He's a happy camper smile
