"We basically took a look at this situation and said, this is #%&*$#," said Cheng in an interview with Ars. LOL I knew I loved Newegg for a reason.

Yep, I gave them 75% of my PC hardware business before. This will bump it up even more.

Yeah good to hear about NewEgg, I do most of my online shopping with NewEgg and Amazon for customer support and price reasons, but good to know there's even more reason for NewEgg now.

Good for them. Newegg deserves a hand for this.

I use Newegg for most of my PC and electronic purchases as well. I go to Amazon only if I can't find it anymore on the Egg or it's something the Egg will not carry.

Been a regular Newegg customer for a few years now. I live about 160 miles north of their NJ warehouse and 9 out of 10 times I order something in the morning and depending on how much I spent I choose free 3 day shipping, I get my product the next day. Yesterday I ordered memory, paid $5.99 for 3 day shipping and Fed-EX delivered it this morning at 8:30. That's incredibly fast even for Newegg.

The Edison NJ warehouse rocks. I have ordered a bunch of computer parts to put a computer together for my son, placed the order at 3 PM and it was delivered the next afternoon and I also paid for 3 day shipping.

NewEgg lead attorney Lee Cheng: "Then they pop up and say, "Hello, surprise! Give us your money or we will shut you down!" Screw them. Seriously, screw them. You can quote me on that." Hopefully more companies will take this position now that NewEgg won their case. Wheels
