I re-built my laptop this weekend with a SSD and went with a Windows 7 and Linux Mint dual boot. After updating and installing drivers on the Mint side, I installed Steam's Linux client to see what was in my games list. I was surprised to see X3: Reunion and FTL under there. I haven't tried X3 under Mint yet, but FTL runs beautifully.

Pretty cool, let us know how it runs. And if you find any other good games for Linux, I never look.
