Just watched this vid..superb direction, some amazing shots..and great camo scheme on the BF109. The slo mo during the credits shows to me wha this sim could have been and it's potential that just couldn't be coaxed out across all aspects of the sim.

Amazing.
I note also that the color of the desert sand is much more realistic, less "Velvia", than the one on the Il2 desert map.
Hope one day all this will be available.

Yes, but can you get these skins and tiles? I can't find them anywhere and I don't speak Russian...does anyone know?

From what I understand the angry russians and ATAG have teamed up. Apparantly they are already working on a Patch to fix the game, but holding out on patch notes just until they know how deep they can go.

ATAG has a website with all this info on it. Airtacticalassualtgroup.com i think

Fully agree, couldn`t have said it better.

Isn`t this the same guy who made this great "Pulse" video?

http://www.theairtacticalassaultgroup.com/ ...I don't see anything there that's obvious -
looks like you have to register as a member before you can see anything there at all...

I scoured the site, couldnt find Nth Africa mod. Why would you go to all that effort and not share it widely?

Nope...not released...i think, initially anyway, the ATAG/Russian mod team are concerned with fixing FMs and DMs etc, this and other glaring faults that
stop CLOD being everything it should have been....i imagine after that they will look at addon type mods...dont quote me but thats the gist of what i have picked up
from reading posts on the ATAG forum and speaking to people on teamspeak....its gonna be awesome...but patience is the key...though being IL2 simmers we should
all have patience in abundance...you know "two weeks" and all that
