Ya but one of those aircraft is real while the other is not

I do like the unreal one better the lines are too thick on the real one

Perspective angles are different in those two shots but proportionally, that's pretty damn impressive if you ask me when you compare them!

I just don't understand how developers now cannot get shapes right.

In fact, you have just to photograph a real 109 and to use the free of charge Autodesk 123D service to get a nice pointcloud model which will give you all the references for a perfect shape.

I think the devs purposely made it slightly larger. The internal cockpit-only view might have been too difficult for some of their customers.
