Make sure you deactivate your copy before uninstalling.

Seems I've taken a bit of a frame rate hit,
and anyone else notice missing wingtip trails when pulling Gs?

Had to disable my antivirus before updating, but all good. Mine started updating automatically upon running DCS (single player).

What can I do in FC3 that I cannot in FC2? Fly with your buddies running A-10C, Black Shark 2, P-51D, or Combined Arms. Along with everything else coming down the pike.

Just did a quick check and I didn't see the wingtip trails either.
Does anyone notice it being a little easier to spot other planes now from the cockpit? Seems like they've gotten a bit bigger when at distance, like the LODs (I think that's what they're called?) have changed.
I like it, just curious if it's some kind of placebo thing or if anyone else thinks the same.
nope all Lower LODs are to scale, drawing distance has prolly been tweaked.

Are you downloading the entire DCSW and all the modules? If so then yes download one at a time or it'll just take forever and fail. one at a time. why is when i download the first one all ways ask for please insert disk anyone else get this,this is the exe file

Well let's be fair, you pay 40$ for a single highly complex aircraft with their other releases so now you pay 40$ for multiple more simplified aircraft, one of which has updated visuals and various other tweaks and fixes/improvements, plus all the other aircraft apparently have updated HD skins bought from some mod creator?
Who knows, maybe we'll get the future 3D cockpits for the rest of the aircraft for free or a significantly lower price?
