Now I have my Warthog back up and running I was hoping I could use the throttle in MWO and still use the mouse but I can only set the throttle in the options to be either UP or DOWN and not both. Is there any way around this? Would just make it easier to control speed than the keys I've been using.

Thanks, I added that and then actually saw right at the bottom of the controls list a command for throttle so added it there and works but thing is I want to use the mouse and with left hand on the throttle and right on the mouse I can't steer lol so back to the keyboard!

They have said for a while that getting a breadth of control issues worked out is not a priority.

Once they do get it all worked out, maybe they will have some check boxes in the options menu for throttles.

Pedals could be used to turn your mech. However, I don't know if they have those working yet.

Don't use the upper throttle command list. Check at the bottom, there is the analog section. By the way, the afterburner detent blocks a lot of the forward throttle.

If i remember correctly the AB detent can be removed. Are we talking about the Thrustmaster Warthog, right?

Yep the Warthog detent can be removed but I would like it to stay. With the detent in place the top of the travel is about 70% throttle in IL-2, since the MWO throttle is idle at 50% the speed is very low at the top without using afterburner.
