Or at least is up off the mat.

Forums restored into October of 2008, vast amount of Falcon lore all there. Log-in works. Old passwords, sigs all work.

Apparently Mark approved this according to the post here at SimHQ, up in Community.

I see. Well, Frugals I think was before I got into Falcon; I keep hearing references to it but never really appreciated the significance. In any case, seems like a good repository for info (wonder how relevant it is today) and good to have it back!

Great news, Eugene! Thanks for the heads-up.

The average naval aviator, despite the sometimes swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy, and caring. These feelings just don't involve anyone else.

Anyone having trouble logging in? My password doesn't seem to be working, and attempts to reset it or create a new account have been met with failure, due to not receiving the emails.

Keep trying, Jugs. It's there, it's online.
Go through http://www.frugals-world.com/ and click the link to the forum. Works a bit more reliable that way.

Couldn't remember my old password, but I was able to read some of the priceless threads with my new login....especially the one where Aragorn shot his wingman down with a HARM.

whoohoo

Well, this brings back memories. The layout and theme are different, but all the content seems to be there. Maybe I can dig up the PMs and threads where I bought some of my old gear there, including the FCC-modded Cougar, RCS, and TrackIR 4.

Huh, what gives? Guess the forum restoration isn't totally sorted out yet.

(And yeah, he certainly won't live down that HARMed wingman incident...probably the one incident I do remember from that place. Well, that and the heated TM-vs.-CH debates, back before the two people doing the bulk of the arguing finally came to terms.)
