This looks pretty good. Just checked XBL and no demo yet.

i have emails from EA, but no link/instructions to download.. so... more DCS time and prolly some BF3 this weekend.

out now in the demo section, downloading now, but leaving for work in 30 mins, so will try it tomorrow.

Tried one match so far.

Early impressions? Not impressed. Graphics are sub-par and interface is a bit clunky. And the maps pretty much sucked too.

Disappointing.

I wasn't counting on much for the MP but I thought it'd be better than this.

The white outline of your teammates characters make them look like they're pasted onto the surroundings instead of being part of them.

I was really expecting something better than this.

I'm debating whether I even want it for the SP campaign now.

I'll play it more for sure. Not fair to judge it after one match but, you know what they say: "First impressions are lasting impressions."

Haven't gotten to mess with it yet, what game types are there? Anything w/o respawns?

Yeah downloaded and tried it for a bit but not my type of game, felt like COD run and gun, and it had that enemy outlined in color HUD thing that I didn't like from the recent Ghost Recon game...

Glad they had a demo/beta as it saves me some money.

Not impressed at all, I played five minutes and then exited only to delete the beta from my HDD. I'm echoing the same sentiment from Leemz and you others. Clunky menus and the graphics were not too exciting.

I'm saving some money not purchasing this title, not even for the SP, the aiming is way to fast in SP if if any of the SP trailers are any indication. No loss.

I'll stick with BF3 for my MP fix.

That was my first impression, just like COD with a different title.

WOW, I have never did a 180 on a game (beta) as fast as this one... so much so that I will be canceling my Xbox 360 pre-order, but keeping the PC pre-order just for the SP campaign, and the desire to relive the Bin L raid... thou after playing this MP beta, I think the SP beta might suck too... never has a game gone so backwards in one step. IMO...

ziggiling weapon sights, terrible animations, ugly graphics with so much crap that it ruins the gameplay... and the worst, that #%&*$# stupid friendly foe outline crap... the idea of this game and MP was so great, execution was just so so bad.

But I don't like the Red outline crap,, However, I'm pretty sure there will be a Hardcore mode that will do away with that..
I had a Bunch of great matches Last night with my clan,, and we dominated by playing tactical.
I don't know if a silenced weapon does away with the outline when shooting ? I'll find that out today.
It is By No means BF3..
I'm still going to get it,, and I will do a full MP review after I have spent some time with it.
I may even do a Video review,, we shall see.

Well thats JMO, lol... video of gameplay and screens in the screenshot forum... some will like it, and it does grow on you... but in short other games do it all better. nothing new to the table.

Yeah, it's hard to believe it's the same engine at all. It looks AWFUL. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

Don't have time to mess with the beta/demo before the release date so I canceled trusting what you guys are saying. Probably money I don't really need to spend at this point anyway.

I actually like the demo/beta , and dont forgetthat sometimes companies release beta candidates that are MONTHS old

Its faster and more lethal than BF3 : Good
SLower and not as lethal as COD : Good

Plus Canadians, Koreans, Polish oh my!
