Not sure what's up, I've been trying to snap screenshots of my missions but fraps won't take captures from BMS, when I hit F12 the framerate counter will popup but screenshots don't work despite it working in other games.

Hmmm... no idea. But BMS has it's own screencap key, which is "/" for me by default. The screenies go into your ...\Falcon BMS 4.32\User\Pictures folder.
