Much more exciting than a perfect landing.

To be fair to myself, it was a very half-ass attempt. It was just the "instant action" mission, and when I got tired/frustrated with my suckyness with weapons. I made a bee-line for base to try a landing. I was watching the Giants game at the same time and before I knew it I was almost directly overhead still 2-3 times pattern altitude. I chopped power a dumped the gear, flaps, and brakes. I set myself up on a very high and short left base. The SU25 couldn't turn as tight as I wanted and also bled off a lot of speed in the turn, so I found myself low and over shooting. I was back at full power to make it across the threshold, but was still about 30 degrees from runway heading after correcting for my overshoot. I got the nose pointed down the runway and just let the plane plunk onto the runway, blowing a tire. At that point I just went to external camera and started taking pictures, letting the plane do its own thing.
Yeah... that's what happened...

Anything you can walk away from ... The Frog is really tricky to land actually. The tricycle gear is so narrow. Give it some crosswind and you need to be really carefull once it's down. And the breaks...did they do those of paper?
..and lead us not into temptation......I'll find it myself.

Pop that landing chute. It will give you some directional stability in most cases...
