^Comes with the Iris T-6 Texan II, and the Lionheart creations Mooney acclaim, as well as "AMD eyefinity gold" support, whatever that means.

Might give this a shot this weekend. I just benchmarked my system for FSX, so It'll be interesting to run the same benchmarks in P3D.


Downside is that you need to completely re-install P3D. Annoying as, I'm pretty sure the Devs said 1.3 is the last time that would need to happen....

I haven`t followed P3D lately, is this licence for 49$ new?

I think the academic license has been around for about 6 months now, give or take.


BTW, "Eyefinty gold support" is a joke. It just means the "WidescreenEnabled=True" Cfg entry is already checked if you're at a wide res. The screen edges are still stretched at the extremes of the monitors. Meh. I'm sticking to FSX for now.

Not quite...

AMD Eyefinity Gold is a certification that enable a developer to add the Eyefinity logo to his product, which means it has 100% supports AMD Eyefinity - tested by AMD. Eyefinity is far from a joke as it lets you connect up to 6 independent displays using 2 adapters.

Right, but how is this really any different than stock FSX?
