Doubt it. British only had two. The HMS Furious, and the HMS Argus. Argus didn't even launch an airplane til the war was almost over. The Germans had none.

Submarines were the main menace.. and we are getting those. Yes, but we will need to have merchants and warships to flesh things out, even if just a few. I'm thinking both. Merchants AND submarines. What else was the Felixstowe used for, other than light bombing/reconnaissance? It was an early submarine hunter, IIRC. That's my guess. All the other ideas would be awesome as well!!

Doubt it. British only had two. The HMS Furious, and the HMS Argus. Argus didn't even launch an airplane til the war was almost over. The Germans had none. I know and the real carriers were active mostly in the mediterranean, but it is more like the weapon mod, only a few not successful experiments but still in the RoFstore. Here a copy paste from aerodrome forum: Small Seaplane Carriers in service with the Royal Navy were HMS Engadine, HMS Riviera and HMS Empress; converted Packet Steamers were HMS Ben-My-Chree, HMS Vindex and HMS Manxman; converted Mail Steamers were HMS Nairana and HMS Pegasus. Aircraft from HMS Engadine took part in the Cuxhaven raid on 25 December 1914; the ship took part in the action off Jutland and later served in the Mediterranean. Aircraft from HMS Riviera also took part in the Cuxhaven raid on 25 December 1914; the ship later served in the Mediterranean. Aircraft from HMS Empress also took part in the Cuxhaven raid on 25 December 1914; the ship later served in the Mediterranean. HMS Ben-My-Chree served in the Mediterranean and her aircraft made the world's first successful aerial torpedo attack (in August 1915), against the Turks. She was set afire, blown up and sunk by Turkish shore artillery on 11 January 1917. HMS Vindex and HMS Manxman both served in the Merditerranean. HMS Nairana served with expeditionary forces in Russia postwar. HMS Pegasus served with the expeditionary forces in Russia postwar. She ran aground on 9 March 1920 but was refloated without damage. Her forward flying-off deck was removed in 1923 and she was reclassified as an aircraft tender in 1924. She was used as an aircraft transport during 1925. HMS Furious began life as a large light cruiser but was converted to a "cruiser-carrier" March to July 1917 and the aft flying deck was added between November 1917 and February 1918; she was reclassified as an "aircraft carrier" during conversion. She was reconstructed as a flush-deck carrier between June 1922 and August 1925 at Devonport Dockyard. Sqn Cdr Edwin Dunning was killed on 6 August 1917 when his Pup overshot the forward flying deck and fell into the sea.

Engadine, Riviera and Empress were cross channel ferries modified with a seaplane hangar and crane at the rear. They had no flight deck, the used the crane to launch and recover aircraft from the sea.
Furious would be great to have in the sim. She saw action in the North Sea, aircraft found landing on her rear deck very difficult though.

Mustache Mod.
Now you can purchase a huge assortment of historically researched mustaches for your pilot. As a bonus you will also receive the Swagger Stick to use to signal your wingmates.

Now that would be fantastic, if a bit unlikely…
