i have about 8 or 9 "candidates" for my bridge officers.

I bought one, to test. Still can't give them to the station project. This thing's been stuck for the better part of a month, because of this.

Whoa, you can contribute BRIDGE Officers? How? Where? Am I just blind?

We must have stopped building out starbase before it came to that...haven't seen a project yet that required Bridge Officers.

The Dec 6 patch's Release Notes mention a fix for Bridge Officers being contributed to projects...sounds like it should be fixed.

Hmmm, Closest Category I have to having Duty Officer Assignments for Flee Diplomacy I think, which is rank 2, everything else is rank 1 or 0.


how do I level them up faster... lol.

Only way to level those up are the DO assignments....you can look through all the missions and choose which reward more points, but that's about it. Sometimes, the high paying assignments can be found going through the BO section....where you can select missions in a specific category instead of what you see in each space Sector.

Start the Assignments at SF Academy, once it completes, dump some white ones into fleet.

I just started a New character, so Hopefully with 2 Federation Characters And a Klingon I can start getting decent rewards and stuff.

im using my lvl 50 Fed Character to Fab level approp. items for my new character, he levels up i level up my fab points doing the fabs.

I gather all my fab items (particles, etc) from all 3 characters dump them in my Account bank and withdraw them on my level 5 character's bank. so 3 characters feeding me particle traces and stuff.

once I get that character Level 50, I'll start doing fleet stuff with him.

up till prolly Mk VII stuff Im prolly just gonna disgard every drop, as I get better stuff by fabbing them. leverl VIII and above there's actually a market for them.

Im converting all my dilithium to Zen while the Exchange is in it's current state.



As for Ranks, My DoFFs are all Level 1 or 2, My brother has a Rank 4 Klingon Marauding.

What are you using your Zen on Skate?

I get my lifetime stipend, but there really isn't much to buy at this point.

Eventually when the Exchange rate is fixed, I'll convert them back to Dilithium, some on my new character, some on my old ones. as I need dilithium to buy the Mk XI Kit from K7 Space Station.

I'll prolly get some stuff with Zen and sell it on marketplace, undercutting the other "5 Million EC" Auctions.


It's annoying, I paid for 3 Months, and i played maybe 5 days out of the 90 so far, and they'll prolly auto bill me again for another 3.

I only did it for the bank and Inventory slots.

the extra ship and officer slots were helpful, so now i can have officers setup for phasers and cannons, instead of constantly re-training the one.

odd, I know they're up[dating, but I can't even get the launcher to come up.

The prize for the 3 year anniversary is 2 ships. Pretty simple mission to unlock them. For the Feds it's an Ambassador and Ambassador Refit. Haven't done the Klingon one yet.

It allows me to replay temporal ambassador. does this mean i can have multiple ambassadors and ambassador refits?

Question:
When I went back to the game a few weeks ago, I noticed my top row of commands was mostly gone. The ctrl+___ buttons were where I put the skills for the bridge crew, like torpedo spread, the quick repair etc. I can't find those skills to put back in there. Do any of you know what happened to mapping the crew skills? They aren't on the list to add back to the shortcuts.

Might have to reslot your bridge officers. Empty all the boff slots on your ship, then put everybody back where you had them.

I'll give it a shot. I wanted to get back into STO, but I hate having to set everything up again. I had that top row mapped to a button on my mouse to hit them all at once. It was nice to have. Hate re-doing all of that again.
