Good point jt_medina, I've definitely noticed the same, console lack of AA really becomes apparent on a 1920x1080 monitor compared to my TV.
Also according to "the google", the Xbox 360 version of cowboy game Red Dead Redemption runs at 720p, while the PS3 version runs at 640p.

I just can't concentrate on an RPG in the livingroom, with my GF around, and with the controller in hand.
+1 to this. If anyone or anything is moving around or talking in the same room as me while I'm gaming, I get very distracted and a little aggravated. Especially with something with story and/or cinematics.
I refuse to buy a flight sim that I have no interest in playing, on the off chance that MAYBE someday they'll make the one I really want to play.

Yeah my "computer desk" has my PC + XB360 + PS3 all plugged into a HDMI switch to the same monitor and with the sound output of the XB360 and PS3 going into line-in on my PC :-)
The consoles only get moved to the living room temporarily if I have some mindless game to show the family.

Can only repeat what has already been said before: one of the best games I’ve played- ever! It’s a shame Rockstar didn’t port it to PC. I however belong to the group of players that really disliked the ending. In fact, the game has two endings to me. The first where Marston returns to his ranch. And the second one with Marston’s final confrontation and the open end that follows. I have chosen to only accept the first ending as a worthy end for the story (the game is an open world game after all). The second one was a huge disappointment not only to me. I’m just glad that I had saved the game close to the second ending, so that’s where I’ve picked the game up again. Still a lot of stuff to do. And then again, only just roaming feels so fantastic in this game.

This is one 3rd person game I'd make an exception for, it looks so good. Too bad no PC version

I'd buy it but I don't own and probably never will own a console.

It would be nice if the next one let you switch from 3rd person to 1st like Skyrim. Sometimes it would be nice to get a closer look, and having the option to look down the gun like that would be nice sometimes.

I will echo what others have said, RDR is one of my favorite games of all time. I would be all over a RDR 2 or a non-zombie expansion. The multiplayer is pretty fun too if you are able to play with friends.

I actually bought an XBox just to play this game.
Haven't touched my console in over a year since other XBox games simply hold little interest for me.
I'm now really tempted to start RDR over again.
