New patch will be out this week for all versions of the game. Monday was a public holiday where the devs / publisher are based so it would've caused a little delay getting things together, and it looks like they are waiting for Steam to upload the patch for the Steam users before they release the patch exe that everyone else will be using so everyone can finally be on the same page and use the same multiplayer servers.

Right now i am less than impressed with the devs of this game! The whole beta-patch frackup and now the "soon", "soon", very soon" bs regarding a realease of a "regular" patch made me regret that i paid hard earned cash for IF.
I'm not totally happy either but I expect it will be sorted as OA runs great for me and this is the same engine so I don't see how they can mess it up.
