Not the same pic, but I remember that someone did that for real, by accident, in Seattle a decade ago! Hung up in powerlines, upside down, above a major street right by Boeing Field. I think he ran out of fuel? Took some fine work by firefighters from the Seattle area, but they got him down safe!

From the trees and how everything in the foto looks, i'd guess its Australia / Down under / Oz. Can't be Australia. The plane has a "N" registration number, so it's USA somewhere.
I refuse to buy a flight sim that I have no interest in playing, on the off chance that MAYBE someday they'll make the one I really want to play.
