Strike Fighters 2: Sounds (+) is a default sound replacement project that has expanded to include unique engine and mechanical (Gear, Flaps, ...) sounds for various default aircraft for Strike Fighters 2, Strike Fighters 2: Vietnam, Strike Fighters 2: Europe, Strike Fighters 2: Israel, and Strike Fighters 2: North Atlantic. The focus of the project is to re-create a realistic cockpit environment, however, since the engine doesn't (?) support multiple audio environments (Internal vs External), this may negatively affect the external environment as a consequence.
I have also included optional radio chatter that replaces the default "Windloop" w/ radio chatter from various sources. This can be enabled via JSGME, or manually as described above.
Speech isn't really the focus of the project, but I wouldn't be surprised if I eventually expanded the project to include an updated speech pack. I'll put it on my to-do list...

Already been taken care of. Check the download section at CA.
Edit: at least as far as your wingman & flight members go....
I can't think of the actual voice mod, but there's a really good one for default voices packaged in SF2 Reloaded . Likewise, if you have NA, then Skatezilla's Hawkeye voice mod is a must have.

The average naval aviator, despite the sometimes swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy, and caring. These feelings just don't involve anyone else.
Yup, it's the SFG Speech by Renegade and Retrograde! It's included in SF2 Reloaded Community Mod, but also is available as a standalone dl. Once you get it, the bubba-wingmen will be thing of the past!

Yeah, except, in NA anyway, it seems there are "holes" in the speech files, where we still get Bubba . . .
Also, Brennus, if you'd like some honest feedback, the RWR you have in there does not really sound much like a real RWR, even given game limitations.
Hmm. Well, it may be the A-10C processes the audio differently before playing it over the comm, or maybe, since the specifics of RWRs are classified, they changed it up for the game. Either way the original in game sound (or for example, the RWR sounds you get in Falcon 4.0) are alot closer to what you would get on the generation of RWRs carried by the planes in game.
Also one other note: while I like the tonal quality of the new engines, I think they run a little on the quiet side, even allowing for the fact you are trying to simulate in cockpit sound. At least on my system, if I turn sound up loud enough to hear the engine noises, then my voice comms are ridiculously loud. Ironically, given how relatively quiet real A-10s are, you have that engine noise louder than the default jet and the F-16/F-15. I'd suggest, considering how noisy those 1960s jet engine were, you up the volume level on all the jet engines a bit, and more so on the default/A-4 sounds.
Also, since I have the buttkicker, noticed there is ALOT of bass in the F-16 AB, alot more than default or any of the other AB sounds you used.
I'll consider a near future update (volume) based on your feedback, and I'll look into reviewing the RWR as well. Thanks for the feedback, it's greatly appreciated.

One other thing . . . I like your RWR growl, but the RWR lock on sounds closer to a missile launch warning than anything else, and very different from the way every some I've played has portrayed them. I can't say for sure the one you have is "wrong," since I've never heard an AIM-9 lock on, but I am curious what jet/game that sound effect is based on.
Sorry to nitpick; overall, I like what you have going here; much better sound effects for the high g flying (stalls, breathing); the sound in SF2 has always been a weakpoint, IMO.
I've updated the project as per user feedback (thank you Nimits), and the link has been updated accordingly (OP). I've adjusted the engine levels to represent an increase in overall volume. I also plan to review and modify the sound event associated w/ the RWR in the near future. I'll upload a new video via YouTube to represent the updated project status as soon as possible.
