Venerated TV producer and host of "New Year's Rockin' Eve" Dick Clark has passed away, CNN has confirmed via his publicist. He was 82.

Sad that he passed, I loved watching American Bandstand. I hated seeing him come out the last two years of the New Years show though, his wife should have kept him off the air.

Just came on to see if someone posted this. I bet he still looked young. He certainly put the axion of dieing young and dieing pretty..... hough his stroke yook a lot out of him. RiP Dick.
