Tempting. Still at a price thats minimum in the ballpark of 1000€ for a wheel with two rims (the shown formula rim and ideally a classic sports car wheel) and pedals, I will wait for

- Fanatec to present their Clubsport pedals V2
- MS and Sony to present their next-gen consoles to see which USB devices work and which don't
- tons of customer feedback on the wheel

Still quite an outlay but a massive saving if you are thinking about getting the wheel anyway. Feel free to apply if you want a chance of getting in on the action early and are willing to do a review.

nice score!

yeah, add another $200-$250 for the (optional) table clamp and pedals.

I do not have a cockpit so I would need a table clamp. I could get by using my G27 pedals though everyone raves about the Fanatec pedals with the load sensor.
GT2 wheel+base+table clamp (No pedals) layout would be....
$749.85 (before any shipping and taxes!)

I can only hope these wheels live up to the hype for they look amazing and I know the feedback on some of their older wheels rivals those of almost double the cost or by spending MORE and modding a G25 or G27 wheel.

To me the idea of having a wheel for each skill and quick change to boot is kinda nice right out of the box with no mods and yes their pedals are to die for when it comes to feel and feedback.

What sucks is even after getting old and coming inside to play smile don't ya know speed still costs money and how fast you go depends on how much ya got to spend.? I guess life even in fantasy racing is just not fair smile

I'm looking at the poles and looks like the votes are coming in. Darren ty for the honor of being selected for the poll BUT like I said in my pm I have the experience in real life but some of those guys have to and been here a hell of a lot longer and deserve it more BUT damn the luck if Fanatec might just pick an extra wild card smile if we can put the right people behind the wheel.
