Ah,a radar troop.Howdy.

They called us C Shop,as you know.
It is a shocker sometimes,the way time passes.
Now,my rank doesn't exist (buck sergeant),and I hear the 18th is only 2 squadrons now.
I think the third one went to Alaska or something.

Funny thing is,I've got a cousin with the same surname that I never have met,that is 10 years younger than me,and is from where my dad is from in North Carolina.
I met him doing genealogy online,and of all places on earth he could be-he was at Kadena,in Component Repair Squadron-fixing the boxes I used to remove and replace!!
Small world.

Which base did you like best?
I'll take Kadena over Holloman.
