I did a quick search but I can't guarantee this hasn't been linked before. I found this great series via a link at the Flory Models site where we are gearing up for a Russian Jets Group Build.
18 Parts, all sorts of aircraft right through the Cold War and modern era. Literally hours of fascinating footage I have never seen before.

UNDERSTEER - is when you hit the wall with the front wing. OVERSTEER - is when you hit the wall with the back wing. HORSEPOWER - is how fast you hit the wall. TORQUE - is how far you can take the wall with you.
Been watching this. It's really nice because is not the classic documentary about western aviation, so we get to see the "other side" of the story. It's also pretty objective in terms of the information and the sentences they use.

While the translation to English is very easy to understand, it initially threw me off when the narrator was pronouncing the early series of fighters as "E." When they showed the E-16 I finally recognized it from the IL-2 Forgotten Battles sim and realized, "Ah, that is the 'I -16.'"

I love the accent. It's like if you are listening to Russian, but you understand what they say. Besides, you get to hear the actual correct pronunciation of Russian names! Meeko-what? Oh, yes, Mikoyan-Gurevich!
