Hi,
As I wrote in the subject, I am using an x52 throttle beside a MSFFB2.
I could use the mode programming with the throttle, but is there any way to switch modes, apart from the mode switcher on the x52 stick?
Thanks in advance!

AFAIK no! The only mode switch is on the Stick.

Thanks for the answer, I thought so. I assume its not easy to emulate that switch.

No .. but what you ought to consider is using your X-52 stick as a button bay. If you are somewhat handy you might also consider modding your stick.

The two red knobs are he X&Y pots. They come as Hall Effect sensors on this elaborate gimbal that is hooked up to the Z&Y axis and attached to the stick but I just swapped them with pots. Hall effect sensors are sensors that use magnets instead of potentiometers and in theory are more precise and last longer.. less wear & tear.

The purple pot is the twist rudder pot, the two black buttons are the trigger switches (stage 1& 2) and the red button is the shift button.. It works for me.. For some it may be too many options .. but for me it is nice to have a switch/button/slider for functons as opposed to a keystroke (although using the SST SW most f the commands are reduced to keystrokes.. I just use hew stick & the SW to make them)..

The X-52 is so much easier to mod than the X-45 because the X-52 is modular.Below is a picture of the guts with the gimbal for the stick partand it's bracing taken out.

Below is the wiring for converting the HE sensors to pots.
