Typed up the procedure I noted down and use to still start-up. I know where the knobs and dials are so it doesn't point to whatever panel they are on as I wanted it all on one page so I can view on my second monitor without clicking out of the sim to scroll to another page.

I did it in Word Pad as I used tabs but you will need to set the page orientation to landscape as it doesn't seem to save that for some reason.
