Is there such a thing as a player ID number on BF3 PC?...

If so, where is it fund?

In battlelog click on your player's profile and you'll get the player ID as last part of the link.
I.e. mine is http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/soldier/warmaker_pp/stats/292238686/
So my ID is 292238686.
