I can't figure out how to do this. I know I'm probably missing something really obvious. I took off work today to "play" (also I've put in like 180 hours already this month) so anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated.

You talking shout or battle cry?

Shout u hold down the z key to get the whole shout out, be sure u aim ur cross hair at the enemy. It regenerates in about 30 sec.

Battle cry is a once a day use. Equip it in magic and use it once a day. Supposed to make enemies run away for 30 sec.

You just click on it in your magic menu (or even favourite it so it is in your 'Q' menu) then press Z and it will activate. Sometimes though bosses or higher level creatures/enemies will not be affected by it.
