I have always liked Sean Connery's version of Robin Hood in "Robin and Marion".

I don't think I've ever made it more than 20 minutes into the Mel Brooks movie. Spaceballs is the last of his movies I liked.

Another one for Russell Crowe.
While I like the more silly Robins (especially Disney's version), that film was actually historically plausible enough that I liked it a lot. Plus, it didn't try to tell the entire legend all in one go, so it didn't feel all packed-in or whatnot. A very well-made film, especially the directors' cut.
