Cool cats.
Special place in my heart for both of those planes.
My old man flew Hellcats during WWII and always liked the Tomcat too.

Is the sea level rising because of 70 years of pollution? biggrin

LOL! Well you have to expect that Rudel, I mean we're talking seventy years of people throwing stuff in, it's going to bring the water level up! Especially if it's big stuff.

Not only that, but as we all know things were in black and white back then, as we can see in this screenshot:

Life in color didn't come along until much later. That's why my "Victory at Sea" DVDs are all in black and white.

Cheers!

Rick... hahaha

This morning I'm flying carrier ops with the Fleet Air Arm in a Seafire F Mk.III from HMS Illustrious in the Mediterranean. We have HMS Duke of York along for the cruise, just because I felt like throwing it in while I was playing with the mission editor.

I have no idea of whether anything I've done there is historically accurate or not, but it sure is fun!

Cheers!

Much of the pollution of the oceans was in black and white which everyone knows is not as heavy as color.

Your photo put me in mind of one of my favorite films Rick http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080736/
