China, India, Taiwan, Mexico, etc... all have their place when it comes to certain items being made for less, but I have run across some good American companies doing great business with excellent products, whom I like to support when I can. Please feel free to add to this list and I will include it. To qualify for this list, the parts, labor, manufacture and sale must all be done by Americans (or as close to possible). Please do not put perishables or small value ($5 or less) items below. Please also do not put exotic items not intended for the average consumer (like the F22 Raptor or some such). SI means still investigating. Here are my examples: Bedding -Foam Sweet Foam (latex bedding) Clothing -King Louie Schott NYC Computing -Processors - Some Intel processors are completely US made Watercooling - Some XSPC items are completely American made Exercise Equipment -WaterRower home rowing machines Firearms -Colt - Several models appear to be completely US made Ruger - Same Smith and Wesson - same Footwear -KB Footwear New Balance shoes Furniture -Possibly Ethan Allen furniture and other manufacturers(SI) Kitchen -Lodge Cast Iron cookware (enameled models are imported from China) Ontario Knifes Lawncare -Toro mowers and snowblowers Motorcycles - Harley Davidson (SI) Mountain Biking -Frames - Intense, Santa Cruz Components - Chris King Hubs, Thomson seatposts Music -Mesa Boogie guitar amps Paul Reed Smith guitars Personal -Natural Reflections, leather accessories Zippo Lighters Simming -CH Products, Track IR, XIM3 Surfing/Diving/Aquatic -Henderson wet suits Still checking up on a few of my favorite manufacturers Tools -Leatherman multi-purpose Maglite flashlights

If you can defeat me in a fair same altitude duel, you are either Hartmann's ghost or you have a ganja problem that needs treatment.

Willem - No disrespect, but wtf does that have to do with a made in the US list? Admins - Possible edit ?
Mace - Will check up on it, have to be careful though as many of those companies are US based but most of their beginner and intermediate stuff is all Taiwan, Malaysia built. Will look into it.

A univesity band is not a manufactured item. Get serious. Dude get over it..... As for bike frame manufacturers you have to be sure the frame itself is ACTUALLY made in the US, a lot of US companies and INT. ones as well have their frames built in Taiwan for years now. In the BMX industry its led to all sorts of quality control issues with smaller rider owned companies and larger conglomerates. Pretty sure Santa Cruz has always been a local operation. I could add some BMX related companies but I think most are out of business or in a few cases just dormant (Brickhouse Bikes for instance).

It was my understanding Jason that the Track IR is actually made in Taiwan, and only designed in the USA. But I could be wrong, .. will look into it later today. Thanks

Fender guitars! Yes, they are made in Mexico and were made in Japan, but those were clearly marked as such. The REAL Fenders are US-made!
In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!
