I have Win7(64 bit Home) running. Where is the "FSX.cfg" file located? I need it to install ReX.

You should find it at:

c:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX

Hummmmm! I recall the "appdata" folder prior to my OS reinstall, but it is not there now???My "myname" folser has a "lock" displayed on it. How do I deleted that?

Click on "yourname" in the Startmenu (bottom left) to get access without the locks.
