Hi guys and gals!
I hadn't played IL-2 for a long time...
I finally upgraded to v.4.10 and installed UP3 and the latest DBW b 1.6.
Pure awesomeness, (Thanks Hades and SAS !!!), although I miss some 4.09 mods...
I started a Sakai Campaign by B50, using 200th_Sakagawa's excellent skinpack for the corrected Zero!
I found some time to work a bit on my old and unfinished pilot project, to add to it furthermore...
However, I admit I could use some help from a more experienced modder... sigh

Good news. Good stuff. Glad to see you active again.

thumbsup Good to see you're back, I still use a lot of your pilot skins and have all of them (I think) installed.

Thanks guys!
I have tons of unreleased skins, just need to find some time to arrange them in packs...

Anyway I've got a couple of Tainan aces more to show...
Featuring not just their faces on accurate for the period flight gear but, portraying their individual fashion habits as revealed from photographs.
Sasai is wearing his helmet with the brim down, a silk muffler with a straight knot and his rank insignia on the left upper arm sleeve.
Nishizawa's helmet's brim is up, he is wearing a Navy blue woollen muffler and his rank insignia, PO 1st C in khaki, (navy blue was more common), on his upper arm sleeve.
Furthermore, the name tags on the parachute harness bear their actual names in Kenji.
Similar details have been applied to the Sakai skin above.
