ok just got Falcon 4.0(not AF). Installed it on my machine running win XP. I have a very decent 256 MB video card and in Falcon AF I run at 1280x1024 but in 4.0 it won't let me go higher than 800x600. Any ideas guys?

Falcon 4.0 you say ? right off the CD ? no updates ?

or you need to show falcon your vid card in the drop down, setup gpx .

You need to get SP4.x, or FF3, or OF.

The original F4 from the CD was unflyable - at almost any resolution.

If you really want to go old school, find the 1.08us patch and the 1.08i patch. Those will get you to 10x7 resolution IIRC.

But really, you need to find one of the more recent patches.
