Are there any campaigns other then Korea for BMS4, Balkans for example?
Or, is it possible to install/import old (BMS2) OF campaigns in BMS4?

Actually,

All theater downloads are on hold until appropriate permissions are obtained from the original developers/creators.

But they should be back soon.

And the old OF campaigns and most of the OF TE's will not work with BMS.
