Quote:
North Korea's leader Kim Jong-il has appeared at national celebrations with his son and heir apparent Kim Jong-un. The rare joint
appearance underlines what observers say is a planned third generation of dynastic rule. State TV showed the two applauding from a reviewing
stand as military hardware rumbled by to mark the 63rd anniversary of North Korea's founding.

You know I can't help finding it funny that the way they march looks like they
are kicking the guy in front in the butt to make him move.

I guess they need constant incentive. biggrin

There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the universe is for it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more inexplicable.
There is another theory which states that this has already happened.

Geez... If you were the absolute dictator of a country, you'd think you could have found a better looking wife...and a more competent hair stylist.

What is sort of strange is that he used to not be so chubby. He was actually quite thin at one point.

Jong-il's hair is that way because he is short even by Korean standards. As a result, he wears platform shoes and has his hair that way in order to get every last bit of height he can. Interesting is that Stalin was a short man with a chip on his shoulder about his height as well.

Say, did I tell you guys about that time where I was almost accidentally hypnotised into joining the "friends of the DPRK"?

The BM-21 is no joke. They shot at one of our destroyers - I'm just glad that we were out of range. The rounds aren't accurate, the the PK of an impact would have been pretty high.

Seeing as it came from KCNA via Reuters, you'd think if the DPRK government were going to photoshop it, they'd at least give themselves some nice trucks.

If I were an absolute dictator I'd wear a comb forward and dare people to say something about it.

If I were an absolute dictator my first order of business would be to have a personal harem of super models who would be at my every beck and call. smile

Heh... You'd only get away with that because you're not married. Being an absolute dictator of a nation will only get you so far with your wife.

Yep. Look at the Fhrer. Shot himself only hours after getting married. Guess the honeymoon didn't turn out that well.
