So I finished my basement recently. Me an a buddy took a couple years as we didn't really need the space so there was no hurry. It's about 1300 sq feet of finished area with big playroom, family room, and a "Craft" room. She got a 13x13 room at some point and I got moved into.....

Oh well, I'll get her back by ordering about $2000 in new computer parts....

Well, you should be able to get some killer surround sound in an area that size.

Kinda like headphones on steroids! biggrin

Lol just big enough for a computer. Run an extension cord under the door and shut yourself in for the ultimate experience in gaming!

You may need a fan I think. Your body heat alone will make it like an oven even without the computer stuff.

Wired with cat5, phone, 2 outlets on it's own breaker for some clean power. I ran duct from ac in the ceiling. I ended up using sheet rock for the ceiling as it looks better than tiles...which are crazy expensive. If I get a leak, whats a $8 piece of sheet rock?

Thanks for reaffirming my desire never to get married. I don't need to tape my toilet seat up and I have 5 computers and 3 stereo systems spread out over my apartment.

Hmmm, I am married happily for going on 18 years with a 15 year old son. We have 6 computers, 4 big screen HD LCD tv`s 4 stereos. Our master bedroom
is my man cave. 4 computers. No issues with anyone having to much electronics in this Apt. The more the merrier.

I expect you are an exception and still have to keep the toilet seat down anyway.

I love that picture of Fenway Park.
