Anyone have a good one for CoD? My RoF and A10 ones work okay but was wondering if anyone uses a custom CoD profile thats really good for 6 DOF.

I just use the default Smooth profile, works pretty good for me, with a touch of a deadzone in the middle.

I'm using Charvel's profile, but it's very sensitive and not everyone's cup of tea. It has a bit of deadzone at center, but I use two joystick buttons for lining up a precision shot:

1) recentering TrackIR
2) toggle TrackIR on/off

I also use a separate hatswitch on my throttle to change POV, so I can zoom in while looking through the gunsite.

With practice (the fun part) I've gotten pretty adept at manipulating these keys. As in any combat zone, don't get obsessed with lining up your target because you lose Situational Awareness and someone will be lining YOU up! LOL

I like the sensitivity of Charvel's profile because I can easily scan around and check my six frequently with a minimum of head movement.

I think I used Charvel's profile in IL2 46, is there a new one that's 6 DOF?

Also I have my TrackIR on top of my monitor like normal, but I have one of those Obutto cockpits and it's up pretty high. I have it angled down a bit and it looks like the dots are centered but could this affect my tracking? Should I move the TrackIR to the site of my monitor so it's at more my eye level? Gonna need to figure out a way to stick it on the side of my monitor...
