Hi guys,
an old friend of mine sent over a screenshoot and asked for help a couple of days ago, since he knows I am some kind of a simulator freak.
Since I never owned FSX (lack of FCR, or cannons maybe? smile ), I ask for community help, I know many of you should have the answer.

The problem is, that after he installed a new scenery (Budapest airport) he sees double runways.
For me it looks like the program shows both the new and the old default scenery.
Is there a solution for this?
Thanks in advance.

I don't remeber well where, but it should be a scennery page in the setup UI of FSX where he should disable the stock airport.

Yup.

or he should chek

A). if the scenery was enabled in the scenery library, especially freeware often must enabled manually oe

B). if it has a lower priority than the stock scenery, then he must move it up.

Yes, make sure that the payware/new scenery is at the top of the add on scenery list.

Click OK, and let FSX rebuild the scenery.cfg, and this problem should go away.

Cheers,

AJ.

Kindest regards,

AJ
