Guys, I've had a search to find an answer for this but haven't had any luck.

I just got Falcon a couple of days ago and installed FF3. The problem I'm having is the read outs on the displays seem to be messed up making them very difficult to read. I'm playing at 1024 res and just using the default cockpit and very nice it is too except for this one problem.

Does anyone else have this problem? at a guess i would think it was a resolution issue but i don't know for sure.

What video card do you have ? Try activating the 'texel bias fix' option in the 'advanced' box in the graphics options..

I have a rubbish 5200. Thanks, i'll try that.

If that does'nt work, try the anisotropic filtering on the graphics options.

Further, ensure that AF is disabled ("application preference") in your graphics card setup.

Seems to be okay now. I downloaded the cockpits from the free falcon site and put the texel swithing on. Thanks guys.

Wow! This sim looks amazing. I was struggling to keep interested in LOMAC but Falcom seems so much more my cup of tea. It's kind of hard to explain but it all seems so much more accesable even though it's really detailed.

Gonna be a while before I go back to a prop sim I think.
