The Steam and US release date shows the '1 day and 12 hours' so it looks likely still.

I don't know - sorry. I believe that the main CoD forum and this sub one now both require SimHQ logins now, so there still might be things propagating around in terms of access, i.e. try turning it off and on again smile

If it's still like it in a few hours then PM guod, he has the magic mallet.

Yes, but I am moved to another forum.
And I cannot access my own thread properly.
And it looks like I cannot switch the posting-notification on on those threads.

Michael.

I spoke to a futureshop and they do not have it in, so does not look good for a release tomorrow

This is so strange. The North American release is likely to come in a plain brown wrapper so as to keep it quiet. Not seen a bit of promotion at all on it. Dart is buying his copy off Steam -- which hopefully he gets tomorrow. We sure didn't get any reviewer's copies. Maybe the Gamespot's of the world did. Would like to have had a comparison of the download and DVD releases for North America, but that's not going to happen at least initially. The DVD version looks to be non-existent at this point.

Pah!! I went into ebgames today and the guy there told me they were no longer selling simulations. Not that there are a lot of sims to sell, but I still find it irksome.

I think the chain retail stores are becoming uncomfortable with simulations because a lot of their revenue comes from second-hand or re-selling of games. Sim players tend to buy a title once and then hang on to it forever, i.e. not go swap their title for 'Super Fruit Collector 3 - Strawberry Edition' after 3 weeks for more retail mark-up.

Best Buy has it on their website. Might be a shot in the dark but that's where I found Black Shark.
