Not that what I have is "special". Others of you have the same or better. In fact, I used recommendations from SimHQ to pick some of it out. Thanks for the tips smile

However, since I post incessantly, I figured I'd show everyone where I'm at.

In the last couple weeks I added TM HOTAS Warthog, Saitek Combat pedals, and Track IR5 with TrackClip Pro.

Findings:

HOTAS Warthog is the most impressive HOTAS I've owned. Expensive. Feels real good. More bells and whistles than I need. Requires rudder pedals. The TM graphical programming software ties the HOTAS, MFDs together. So far, my pedals don't register with the TM software -- not that they must. Saitek X52 Pro remains excellent for the money.

Saitek Combat pedals are the best pedals I've owned. Expensive. Very comfortable. Stick to the floor very well (no sliding). Don't show up in TM HOTAS graphical programming software. I do have a complete Saitek HOTAS system (X52 Pro) with software.

TrackIR 5 works as advertised. Excellent for the money. Don't really need the powered TrackClip pro because the passive hat TrackClip works fine (no back lighting in my room).

Other items have been described in other posts from time to time.

And they won't either. I assume in most sims you can set them up on their own

Yup, its a big alarm clock -- one (at least, this one) can lose track of time gaming at night in a dark room smile

Lol,

I once thought about of adding a timer to the power chords, so I was stopped from gaming/surfing all night. Was in my heavy Civ. times (ah, only ONE more round....) biggrin
