Hey guys, Im running a AMD Phenom QuadCore at 2800 MHZ, 4 gb Ram, with an ATI HD4870 1gb Video Card, should I even consider trying to run this sim on this system?

Thanks

For smallish fights over the water you should be ok. if you want to fight in large numbers over the land you might suffer.

The vid card might be a little light but I have the same processor albeit lightly OC'd, and RAM is also important.

Windows 10 Pro
Gigabyte 970A DS3P FX
AMD FX6300 Vishera 3.5 Ghz
ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 970 Overclocked 4 GB DDR5
16Gb Patriot Viper 3 RAM DDR3 1866Mhz
Onikuma Gaming Headset (has annoying blue lights I don't use)

See the specs in my sig.

I can now fly low level over London on max settings (but with forest low).

Still get the odd slight hesitation when there are lots of planes but nothing that bothers me. Just glad I can finally play it !

Okay, sounds good enough to give it a try. I just love the fresh scent of new sim burning dvd in the morning... yep

I think it depends not only on you pc but your screen resolution also. I am playing on 1280x768 TV with everything maxed out and it looks great with only a few occasional stutters over London. Modern TVs do the scaling pretty good.

I only do not fly it because it doesnt work properly with MSFF2 joystick that I have, and my specs are C2D 2.66MHz, 2GBRAM, Win7 32bit, Nvidia 460gtx. With everything on medium its very good! Even dense cities like Le HAvre have same-ish FPS as ordniary land...

Waiting for Force Feedback Support though:(
