Good job on the guys who followed her.I hope she gets justice but somehow I doubt that.

Great reaction on the part of these guys. Drop one off to help the wounded, while the other gives chase. No mercy for road criminals, hope she gets hit by the law, hard and cold like she did to that poor old man.

But I am wondering about something. Unless the pursuers are cops in civilian clothing (apparently not), why was this recorded in the first place? Is this a common practice in Britain, or did this lady something bad before she hit the pedestrian?

This is a strange one. It's slapped with the logo of the company that supply the camera. It could be a viral vid. To me that is doubtful though.

there is suspect about this vid according to folks at Jalopnik. iirc no one could find any report of a HaR and they could not confirm if this vid was real. still exciting as a short film or a citizens arrest!

What was the beeping sound?

Probably the seat-belt warning...it looked like he was going to park up the car after the old guy got hit and maybe then carried on chasing the woman after being prompted by his mate to follow her.
