It's not the point that it's the wrong nationality of ship. The point is it indicates a whacky mindset and barkingly mad sense of priorities.

No dynamic campaign, no dynamic weather, no yadda yadda yadda, ...but we modelled a ship...for the side where ships did nto play much of a critical role...when we could have modelled a ship for the side where shipping and conveys *did* play a critical role.

It's one of those cooky, quirky little numbers that makes you want to tear your hair out, and set it alight...if you haven;t already done so with this game.

Maybe the sim would be better served with a British Destroyer for Convoy Escort duties and scenarios, but alas common sense seems very thin on the ground in 1c world of late. I suppose no one told him that the RN was at that time the de facto most powerful Navy on the face of the Earth either, bar none.

That's a nice looking model Bronco. Be careful though, I noticed on the COD product forum that a couple of the Rain Men have started moaning about port-hole height already. You're going to have to defend yourself that the ships aren't all grey soon too

So heart warming to be recognized even here...

They were called Channel destroyers by the British and there were about 25 of them around during the BoB. So they are a valid ship type to be introduced.
