I'm ready for it , i want to get some flying time in for a while now , but mine is still a crash fest.C'mon Luthier !! pilot i want to fly!!

Also , does any one else get the full black Hurricane's when in cockpit mode? Same with the Ju88s when i get close. They just pop to a full black skin.If i slowly zoom out they change back to normal.

Yep, noticed over in the banana forum the usual food-fight going on regarding lack of info for another week.

1C/Luthier seem like their own worst enemy sometimes (and that's saying something, competition is rife) in that a weekly 'We're not dead. Do not panic' msg would probably placate some of the needy.

Community stuff by 777 and ED puts CoD to shame so far. I'm struggling to emit sympathy too.

PS 9 days with no COD played. Still on the road. Plus grouchy due to stupid time zones (waves fist at spherical Earth).

The same repeating sea texture for 11 straight hours - very disappointing as usual. I've been up 9 hours today and it's still only 1pm here, so hopefully the flight back will have some serious hallucinations to liven it up a bit.

Thanks man - looking forward to the flight home now. Mind you, the odds are significantly less than either a tsunami or a major earthquake so I should be fine. (looks out of window - shi-te)

That's because he's working 72 hours per day, 24 days per week......or some such! biggrin

I do think they do themselves an incredible diservice by not just popping in once a week to show they project's still alive and kicking.

luthier's suggestion he can't take 2 minutes out to do so just ads a further hint of bulls#t to the whole affair.

surely he has more time than that , when i was a kid i had to work 36 day weeks with every 37th day a rostered day on.

Did Fearless make it ? I hear they use the autopilot a lot more these days...

I came back two weeks ago after six weeks away, hoping to get some flying done on CoD, but to no avail.. the last patch just severly messed my system up, so no fun for me!
Going back out for more fun in the air and the high seas this weekend or sooner, so it looks like I'll be waiting another couple of months before I get a chance to have a play again.. Typical!
But hey, you lot will have sussed it all out by then, eh? thumbsup

Maybe I'm too old in the sim world, but the expectation of weekly updates seems totally over the top for me. Soon people will want a daily tweet...

is it not a case of lack of VRAM ?

It did something similar to me when I was playing ROF with my ati4870 512mb

Luthier spends more time on the bog each day than it takes to write a small update.
