My A-10 Warthog Throttle failed after two days. Great fun while it lasted. Did all proscribed reloads/tests etc but no positive result. After contacting Supplier and TM the choice is Return to Supplier for replacement of both Units or return to TM for repair of throttle ?? Any comments ??
I have already followed your suggested reboot/reset procedure but it did not work. I also did driver etc replacement as well.
My concern is whether or not I will get a good long term operating unit if I replace it. If TM repairs the unit and I have a problem in future my history would probably generate another repair. Would my supplier do the same replacement if it broke a second time ???
Ofcourse you should replace it,to the supplier. And if it broke a second time,proberly not, it dasnt mather just send it back to the supplier. I did not do that,I sent it to TM France and it took about 1 month to have it back.
