Having played DCS A-10 and BlackShark, I have had some recent experience with ground pounders. But Combat Helo seams to model a much more urban type terrain while those model the wide open caucas regions.

What would a typical mission be in Combat Helo. Are we primarily a tank buster, or more an escort. Thanks in advance and I can't wait for this to come out.

There are two campaigns. In one you'll be a tank buster and in the other you'll have more escort/counter-insurgency type missions.
