When playing a campaign and doing a full ramp start,,,I do the ramp start from start, I time it so that I finish the procedure and request taxi to the runway with about 2 min. before my schedule take-off. However, if there are many other missions going on at the same time from my airbase,,,my slot for the take-off can be delayed by 10 to 20 minutes. This causes me to be late for all my assigned waypoints.

How can I ensure that I keep as close to my take-off spot as possible.

- I know those voices in my head are not real, but man they have some good ideas.

- I never killed anyone, but I have read a large number of obituaries with great satisfaction.

- If I cannot make it to your funeral, I will certainly send a message indicating my approval.

- Time is money, so I decided to sell my watch.

Ignore ATC and just taxi out. There is no points deducted for not following ATC. I didn't always call for taxi, only checked for takeoff clearance.
