Removal of the "constant" online requirement for single-player AND multi-player

Meaning, people will only have to log-in like once to unlock new planes or something like that and otherwise can stay offline and the master-server problems are past us.

OK, that's a bit unlikely.

How about having my bomber gunners not to start shooting at 1km from a target and keep shooting untill you're 1.2km away from it. And why is it that enemy AI can kill you from over 500m and my bomber gunners can't hit a balloon untill I'm under 200m. Try an HP in fly now and go to the balloons to see what I mean. This is not an official entry, just a gripe that needs worked on.

Whatever Jason is writing about will be uber awesome. This sim was good, before Jason, but it wasn't great. Since Jason, I have not been disappointed once, although I am always impatient to see the new, latest, sick addition to ROF: Waiting out patch releases is like a Silent Hunter 3 depth charge attack, but at the end there is always uber awesomeness. The ROF team and the beta testers do a great job, though, when patch 1.19 comes out I will s*%# pickles and cluck like a chicken if I see an Albatros DVa catch my SE5a! pitchafit

Instead of complaining about SPAD 7s, Central pilots should capture and fly them too. I suggest putting an apple in the middle of your Aerodrome field and just wait. Eventually a SPAD 7 will come by to get the apple, cause SPADS can't resist apples. This is how the Entente gets a hold of SPAD 7s, m-kay?

No, offline mode currently only works for Quick Mission and Fly Now. Campaign doesn't properly work in offline mode (IIRC, you can play missions that you've already completed in online mode, but you can't advance further while in offline mode), and Career doesn't work at all in offline mode.

SPITGIRL'S MOTHER

Fixed.

But wait, I thought she took rides in the OX-5 powered British trainer...but that didn't come out until after WWI.

Simulation of bladder level and fumes inhalation, when the level gets too high you need to fly level to piss over the side

rofl

No really, I think maybe they consider making career mode multiplayer co-operative compatible

They are going to release all the field mods for free this summer to anyone who has achieved more than 20 online kills.

That is actually a good guess and probably my #2 pick over the SDK. It is something a large part of the community wants and it is hard enough to do that most think it impossible. If they could pull that off I would be astonished and very happy. (and you would be one more plane up in the world smile )

ARMA2 does it currently. But it's not as nice and seamless as I would like to see in ROF. People just join your current campaign but they don't contribute to their own in ARMA.

In ROF it would be nice for players flying the same plane career, when they join a co-op career mission, that all players in that mission have their career progress accordingly. Plus seeing those other players on the roster would be great smile
