Hi
I'm unable to climb above 5000m with a BF-109 with complex engine management on.
As soon as I reach around 5km altitude the engine starts to run somehow bumpy, shaking the whole plane.

I'm controling prop to maintain around 2300 rpm and have both radiators open. Temperatures seem fine.

What am I missing / doing wrong ?

Inline advert (2nd and 3rd post)

There isnt any Mixture control in the 109. Devs are aware of the Hi alt bug and its being addressed.

You know Ivan, it would be really nice if there was a summary posted somewhere of known bugs. This could be checked by idiots like me who will otherwise spend many hours trying to work out what they are doing wrong when they cannot achieve vaguely historical performance in their little virtual planes. Some of us "in the know" might like to shine a little light to help their less privileged flightsim brethren along the rocky path.

The 110 has mixture-levers shown with the little on-screen icons but nothing matches them in the cockpit. There are two likely candidates behind the throttles but they are inert and non-mousable.
