I do wish the smoke would blow in the wind a bit as well Phil. I think it would definitely be possible and I would bet it's in the game engine but not enabled yet.
I could see it being tied into the weather effects somewhere. When they get that going, then this will probably come with it.
Hmmm, I was going to say that I think you're right, but the heavy damage smoke (the one for the oil-refineries) looks like it's at a much steeper angle than the other smoke-plumes, so clearly something is amiss here. If the wind-element was taken into account, which would be awesome, one would assume the heavier smoke would be at a steeper angle still than the other smoke-plumes, which wouldn't be realistic. I hope it's looked into, but it's nothing major at present.

For a Tank Sim, it's not a bad Flight Sim Very negative and unnecessary quote from this Axel40 guy: Primary reason for armoured elements in the Il-2 flight sim is for aircraft targets; better graphics make better simulation. Congratulations to Maddox Games for these excellent ground objects graphics!

I am sure they meant for the vehicles to be driveable at some point otherwise why the vehilce axis setup in controls section?

What would be the primary reason for them in a Battle of Britian scenario?

What would be the primary reason for them in a Battle of Britian scenario? CoD also allows to simulate activities in France long before BoB....

Congratulations to Maddox Games for these excellent ground objects graphics! Of course, but Barbarossa is primarly a ground offensive with air support, no ? the fact that these tanks are so nicely modeled is not a problem per se and would have been perfect if (or when) a Battle of France would have been set...now the primary objective of the sim, unreached till now,IMO, is to have a (very)good SP campaign and a historical recreation of the units and the(air)operations .

I am sure they meant for the vehicles to be driveable at some point otherwise why the vehilce axis setup in controls section? Yeah, that would be awesome. As you can also map "Reload" and "Use Object", I just can´t help thinking of the full scale battlefield scenario (that can last days ;))...
